Can I quote that whole scene from Shrek where Lord Farquaad is interrogating the Gingerbread Man...?

Or how about a bit of Eddie Izzard stand-up comedy, where he portrays life for Darth Vader in the Death Star's canteen....? The pimply youth who's serving mistakes him for "Jeff Vader" (Darth Vader's brother) and doesn't even know what the Death Star is or what it does. Then there's the whole "Are you Mr Stevens?" routine as he tries to figure out who this myserterious masked and caped customer is... "I could kill catering with a thought - I could kill me with a thought!" and "Death by tray it shall be!!" are other good bits from that sketch.....

"I 've seen things you people wouldnt believe.....Attack ships on fire off the shoulder of Orion......I watched C-beams glitter in the dark near the Tannhauser Gate... All those moments will be lost ...in time...like tears in rain.... "Time..to die."

Great quote El... I enjoyed the scene and particularly the way it was spoken. Definitely a favorite from years past.
Remember Captain Etienne Navarre in Ladyhawke?

Lyrics from songs work?
Surrounded by Your Glory, what will my heart feel? Will I dance for you, Jesus? Or in awe of You, be still? Will I stand in Your presence, or to my knees will I fall? Will I sing 'Hallelujah!'? Will I be able to speak at all? I can only imagine! I can only imagine!

If we're after song lyrics, I've always like the words to Boston's "More Than A Feeling".... But I can't be bothered to type them all out now. If you're all that interested, go Google for them... EDIT: And if a song from 1976 (I think) is a little too old for you, Lostpropets' "Last Train Home" has good lyrics too...

"Some of you may die, but it's a sacrifice I am willing to make..." ;D
(Shrek, before anyone asks - Lord Farquaad's speach to the knights competing in the tournament to become Champion of Duloc and go off on the quest to rescue Fiona from the dragon)

Are we supposed to post the lyrics for the complete song, or just part of it...?
